The cornerstone of the rebranding efforts included a refreshed identity featuring an adorable brand icon, “Duckie.” Duckie and friends stand out on the shelf with simplified upscaled product packaging that is clean and uncluttered and still delivers all the product messaging mom demands — in English and in Spanish.


Toys ‘R’ Us was supplied brand guidelines to accurately reproduce every aspect — color, photography, and bi-lingual communications — for hundreds of packaging forms.
Hundreds of vendor partners now enjoy an easy-to-use style guide, and Babies ‘R’ Us enjoys the “now moms,” including the important Hispanic shopper, who has made Especially for Baby her baby brand of choice.
