PBS Kids Educational Toys Debut in 2011

PBS KIDS’ pioneering work on television, which strives to nurture children’s curiosity and prepare them with the skills they need for the future, is being extended to retail shelves. The new PBS KIDS toys will draw on extensive academic research that confirms play is essential to building preschoolers’ cognitive, emotional and social skills, as well as their dexterity and physical strength.
