Maruchi Santana’s MediaPost Engage:Teens Article: “Is Your Brand Crush Worthy?”

In Maruchi's latest article for MediaPost's Engage:Teens series, she asks "Is Your Brand Crush Worthy?" With Valentine's day just around the corner, we’ve been thinking about a very specific form of young love: brand crushes.

To peek inside young hearts, we reached out to nearly 30 teens and asked them to name their favorite brands. From a wide range of answers, the most brands included names like Vans, American Eagle, Forever 21, Hollister and Abercrombie & Fitch.

Maruchi says, "Teens fall for brands they perceive as original. They’re looking for a brand that can help them discover their own unique style among its product choices. Once teens hit on this personal style, they view the entire brand as unique." Click here to learn more.
