Parham Santana welcomes Danielle Galarza, our new Design Intern. Danielle is a Senior at FIT, finishing up her BFA in Packaging Design. Here’s a short interview to give you a little insight into our newest team member.
What got you into this business in the first place?
I love the tangible aspect of design, as well as the ability to create a brand from start to finish.
What was "your finest moment," the thing you're most proud of?
One of my finest moments that I am most proud of would have to be when I decided to donate 13 inches of my hair to Wigs for Kids. It is an organization for children who suffer from cancer. Something so small to me means the world to them: it was the least I could do.
What attracted you to Parham Santana?
The diversity of projects and clientele.
Do you have a method for coming up with ideas and solutions for clients?
Putting myself in the consumers’ shoes. Without an understanding of the brand, you are going nowhere quick. I also look forward to daily adventures as a means of inspiration.
What talent do you wish you had?
The ability to fly. Talk about an easy commute!
What's your favorite TV program? And your least favorite?
My favorite TV shows are Friends and Boy Meets World. There is always a life lesson, and more than likely something relatable. My least favorite TV show is Toddlers in Tiaras.
What is your current state of mind?
Cheerful!
What is your most marked characteristic?
Adventurousness. Life is a journey, not a destination.
